Great experience all around. Stacy was super helpful and pulled amazing dresses for me to try on. Can’t say enough good things, would absolutely recommend.

This is the fourth bridal shop that I’ve been to, and it was hands down the best one. Angela worked with me, and she was absolutely wonderful. I live in Virginia, but my grandma is in Pennsylvania, so we went to Sandra’s so she could see my try on some dresses and also so I could try on my mom’s wedding dress. My wedding isn’t until October 2016, so I had no real intention of buying a dress that day. But Angela sat down with me, asked me what styles I liked and what I didn’t like so she could get a feel for what I would want. She brought several dresses, that fit my criteria, and they were all gorgeous but I didn’t fall in love with any of them. But then she brought out a beautiful Pronovias gown. I had never even heard of the designer. I tried it on, and it was perfect! It wasn’t the dress that I thought I would have ended up with, but it fit so well and it had all the features that I was looking for. I wasn’t a big fan of the «poofiness,» but she explained how easy it would be to take some or all of that out. After trying on a few more dresses, I knew that was THE ONE. They paired is with a gorgeous cathedral length veil and that was that! I bought the dress and the veil. She even brought out a navy bridesmaid dress for my sister to try on and a bouquet of silk flowers in coral/​peach tones so I could see the dress with my colors. It was a great experience.
The shop itself is very nice. You get your own private dressing room with plenty of seating for whoever you bring with you. You don’t get to look through the dresses, but I actually liked that. I wasn’t overwhelmed with the number of dresses, and they only brought in 3 at a time. The staff was professional and very accommodating to my 89-​year-​old grandmother with a walker. I would recommend this shop to every bride looking in the area.

I found Bridals by Sandra because they sold David Tutera dresses and that is what I was originally looking at getting. I had no idea what I wanted style wise and I had no clue what would look good on my body type. They put me with Deb Z and she was AWESOME! So friendly and comforting and she picked a bunch of styles for me try on keeping in mind my budget. The nice thing was that we were in a private room. So my friends and family could sit in the room behind a curtain while I changed and no other dress shoppers saw me and it was private changing which was really nice for a self-​conscientious girl like me! The best is the first dress was one of her picks, I liked it but wasn’t crazy about the kind of dropped waist look (it was fitted down the biggest part of my ample hips) so originally I said no it. I tried on a bunch more, went to other places (which were horrid compared to Bridals by Sandra). I went back with my mother and a few friends. My mom wanted to see all the dresses I had tried on previously. I tried the first one Deb picked out again and I did love it and so did everyone else but the waist was still an issue and my mom didn’t like the David Tutera dress as much as she liked the first one. Then Deb said we could change the bottom of the dress that Casablanca allows picking a different skirt style! She measured and made it more A-​line for me. I can tell you I was super worried ordering the dress and not knowing if I would like the change to the skirt! It came in and it was PERFECT! Deb did an amazing job the skirt was the perfect style for me and it was flawless! You would never know we changed the skirt style!!! Then with the alterations my dress fit perfect and did not go anywhere my whole day! I didn’t want to be tugging it up all night! I didn’t touch the top to pull it up at all the whole day and night! Thank you Deb Z for picking the PERFECT MOST GORGEOUS DRESS and the alterations woman for making my dress fit perfect! Bridals by Sandra made the dress picking experience a wonderful experience not anxiety filled awkwardness of other stores! I felt comfortable from the time I walked in to try on to the day I walked out of my final fitting! Thank you Deb and Bridals by Sandra staff you are the best!

I visited Bridals by Sandra recently with my future daughter-​in-​law while she was visiting from Alabama. The girl helping us was very nice and after a few tries, my daughter-​in-​law fell in love with a dress! That’s when the experience started to change a little. The sales girl left the room to check how long it would take to get the dress (a concern because the wedding is only a few months away) and when she returned, she said if we wanted the dress, we’d have to order it within the next ten minutes to guarantee delivery by early September… AND if we waited even ONE DAY, the delivery date would be at least a week later. My daughter-​in-​laws mother lives in Alabama and we really wanted to show her photos and talk to her before we committed to buying the dress… so we left the shop, and after talking with the brides mom later that evening, we called Sandra’s and told them we’d be in the next day to buy the dress. We met with the buyer when we went in to have measurements taken. She informed us that the delivery date was now the middle of September, the dress is coming from Utah, there was no chance to pay a little extra to get it faster and we may want to check a bridal shop in the Alabama area for the dress. Guess they didn’t want the sale! So… once again, we left without a dress. By the time we got back in the car, my future daughter-​in-​law found a bridal shop in Alabama that carried the dress, they checked with the manufacturer and were told the dress would ship from New York and they’d have it by the middle of August. WOW! Why couldn’t Sandra’s do that? Oh well… we did have a nice experience trying on the dresses, but the rest… not so great. The buyer we dealt with was not very pleasant. I hope she was having a bad day, otherwise she needs to work on her customer service skills. I told this story to a friend of mine who bought a dress about six weeks ago at Sandra’s for her own daughters wedding. She told me they said the same thing to her… order the dress within the hour to guarantee delivery in September. So they did. Guess what… they just got a call that the dress is in! Is that what Sandra’s does with every bride? Scare them into thinking they have to order immediately if they want the dress. Shame on you, Bridals by Sandra!

I bought a bridesmaid dress through Bridals by Sandra. The bride bought her dress here and wanted us to buy our dresses here as well. I visited the store with the bride when she bought her dress, and to be fair she had a great experience. However, when I placed my order over the phone (we live in DC), the staff insisted I buy a size 10 when I gave them my measurements. I am a size 0 and have NEVER been anywhere near a size 10, but thought I would trust their judgment. I don’t understand how they could be so far off in sizing considering their experience.
Not only did I spend $ 250 on this dress, but had to spend an additional $ 111 with the extreme alterations that had to be done. I called asking to get some sort of compensation due to the egregious alteration cost. They told me the waiver I signed, which I’m assuming was the CREDIT CARD authorization they told me to sign and send back to them, was a legally binding agreement that stated the dress was in perfect condition and I was satisfied. I don’t know how they would expect me to know that when the dress was not scheduled to be delivered for another few months. Lesson learned.
I would only use this place if your bridal party lives in the area and can all visit the store to order your dresses.

Bought my wedding gown from Sandra’s and regretted it ever since. Every time I went in there they made me feel like I was a burden to them. I can deal with their crappy attitudes but what I couldn’t deal with was the giant stains I found on my dress after it was «steamed» or the bad alteration job. They took my measurements while I had a 3.5″ heel on and when I went to try it on after the alterations, it was about 3″ too short. I tried it on without any shoes and the dress barely hit the floor. I had to get flats instead of the heels I picked out because it was cutting too close to my wedding day to get it altered again. On top of that, when I went to pick up my dress after it was «steamed» (I’m pretty sure they didn’t steam it because it had wrinkles and looked exactly the way I left it), I discovered two large stains on the bottom of the dress. It looked like oil stains or some other discoloration. Thankfully, I was able to get my dress steamed (for real this time) and they were able to get the stains out in time for my wedding. If you do go to Sandra’s, I would ask for Lisa. She was the only nice person I encountered and she was more than helpful when I was picking out my dress.

I went to Bridals by Sandra because a few friends had recommended them to me. I had two dresses by Mori Lee and two dresses by Maggie Sottero that I wanted to try on… they didn’t have any of them or anything close to it. If this is the best selection in the Lehigh Valley, I would suggest traveling elsewhere. I felt my sales associate was pushy and more concerned with making a commission than finding the perfect dress for me. Overall, this was not a good experience. I would stay away.

The best dress selection in the Lehigh Valley. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, unlike other stores. You get your own private room to try on things and individualized service. The staff is extremely detail oriented, and listens to what you like. I bought my wedding dress there and had a super experience.
