2nd time eating here. The food is ok by my standards. Had the California Burrito… The salsa is fresh and very good. My problem was waiting on the waitress to get me more tea… I waited 8 minutes with an empty cup. I would have understood if it was busy, but it wasn’t at all.

I haven’t eaten a lot of things from here but what I have gotten has been good. Except the stuffed jalapeños which were literally just gas station jalapeño poppers. Fajitas are pretty good and the veggie to meat ratio is fair. Quick and friendly to boot.

Will not ever go back three times we went their for breakfast and the waiter was there but the place was not open he just. Shrugged his shoulders tried to eat ther for supper they got our wrong both times

Pretty good place to eat. Decent food and a decent staff. Papacitta’s it ain’t but it’s well worth a visit. I have eaten it all at one point or another and it has all been good stuff. My grandkids like it and we eat there once or twice a month. It’s clean and neat. It’s a home town Tex-Mex place. Better than your average spot locally.

Great by Southeast Texas standards. Their salsa is actually fresh(vs Casa Olé) & their guacamole is just right. The fajitas I ordered were good but I would have liked to see less cheese & more onions/peppers/other fajitas veggies. Their menu had a few authentic Mexican options but mostly Tex-Mex. They also offer a BBQ rib plate, but not sure how good that would be? All in all, this is worth checking out if ever in southeast Texas & much better than the most popular tex-mex place(mentioned above).

Just as good as the first time we were here. I had the supreme quesadilla(it’s layered). It was awesome! My husband had the chimichanga which he thought needed to be smothered in cheese. Service wasn’t as good as last time but not bad. It also seemed to take longer to get our food. We will still go back.

I’m a fan. Borderline hole in the wall, but it’s nice enough on the inside. Typical tex mex type food. I loved their mango margaritas. Inexpensive and yummy. I’m sure i’ll be back when I visit home again.
