Papa John’s Pizza

When placing the order, I was told 35 – 40 minutes for delivery. We confirmed the 6 pizzas over the phone. Over an hour later I call back to hear it’s out for delivery. The order is repeated to me, and ³⁄₆ pizzas are WRONG. I was told this would be corrected before delivery. A few minutes later, pizzas are delivered, but the order was NOT corrected. AND the pizzas are just warm, not hot, as if they’d been sitting out for awhile.
No apology for late delivery. Empty promise to correct the order and no apology. And hardly fresh pizzas to top it off. I expected more from Papa John’s. The only reason I’m giving them a star is because we’re all so hungry at work and stuck at the plant that we’re glad to have food at all (and because one star is minimum).
*Correction: they did end up coming back to fix ²⁄₆ pizzas that were wrong. They were hot, as they should be.

We have ordered twice for delivery and both times have taken an hour and half to get my order. Love PaPa Johns pizza but not this location. The customer service is worse than worse. I will not be using this location ever again.

As always… great pizza for delivery food but not pleased with the customer service. When I called in the guy was quite rude. I also asked for packets of parmesan cheese to come with my order… didn’t get any. The delivery woman had a terrible attitude as well. We all know, u can’t boycott papa johns… just too good… especially when u don’t feel like leaving during the game.

Great pizza… great service… price seems high, but I’m cheap, although I love spending money… weird…a shame I can’t check-​in for delivery… might drive by here in a bit.
