I have always been a dance/​hot yoga/​soul cycle kind of girl. I started coming to CATZ over a year ago, and I’ll be honest, I HATED it at first. It was really hard for me because I was not used to the boot camp style of exercise. But Mark and his team keep the workouts fun, social and varied every week. Now I really enjoy these classes and feel so much stronger! My endurance has really increased as well. The whole team is very welcoming to beginners and elite athletes alike. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to CATZ for just about 2 years now — I’ve done it all pretty much — standard gym classes/​exercise, yoga, running/​races/​½ & full marathon training, and I can honestly say that CATZ is the one workout program that I never tire of. Mark and Tracy keep things fun, interesting and most importantly, challenging. You’ll find yourself saying «You want us to do WHAT?» but then it’s over, and you feel amazing and proud of yourself that you just did that crazy thing they told you do do. And you can guarantee that you’ll never do the same workout twice. Every day is a challenge that will have you leaving feeling like you’ve gotten an awesome workout, all while having fun in a group setting with some great people!

I’ve attended their noon classes for several years and have been impressed by the variety and level of the workouts. They continue to expand their variety with their new lifting area.
The last 6 months or so I’ve done some personal training with Grady to work on my right knee strength (which was weak compared to my left because of an injury). As a newbie to this power lifting (squats, cleans, dead lifts, etc.) and as having some back issues, he made sure to work carefully on my technique. The work outs are always planned out and effective in targeting the problem areas. I’m thankful to say that the knee strength has returned.

CATZ Needham is my second family.
Coming from an intense training facility in my hometown of Miami, I was skeptical I would find a place that was comparable or exceeded my expectations. With CATZ Needham I have been proven wrong.
A member for over 3 years, I have immensely improved my training, mobility and overall athletic capabilities. I was also able to complete and train my first Boston Marathon with my fellow CATZthletes this past year. It also doesn’t hurt that I get to train with professional, Olympic, and elite athletes almost every singly day.
The expert trainers and management are extremely welcoming, considerate, and all around fun. As a young busy professional, as CATZ offers an affordable monthly pricing package and expanded/​updated facilities, I just would never go anywhere else.
CATZ is fun, challenging, and although each athlete trains individually, CATZ Needham is built on the reverent notion that «teamwork does indeed make the dream work.

Really nice facility with lots of equipment to make for great bootcamp classes. Perfect place for athletes to train, but also welcoming to those just trying to get in better shape. The staff couldn’t be more friendly.
