Heaven on Earth!!!
I was nervous to come here because I have a really sensitive face but Venesa was great! She explained to me everything she did before she did it and was extremely careful. The bonus was the unbelievable shoulder massage she did with the facial. I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.
Also no pushed any products or memberships on me which was a huge plus for me. I was able to exit completely relaxed.

Went in for a facial as I have sensitive skin and rosacia so little nervous I had venessa who was wonderful, explained to me many things along the way and recommended products due to dry skin. The overall facial was relaxing and my skin felt great look forward to my next one in six weeks

Let me start by saying that I have been an Eliz. Grady customer since 1978! The Needham salon is the 4^th EG location that I’ve tried — mainly due to moving and wanting a salon close to home or work. Maureen, the owner and manager, is awesome and she sets the tone for her salon, which is friendly, efficient, high quality and aesthetically pleasing. During these 35 years of my getting regular facials I have tried other salons and can honestly and easily say that an EG facial is the best — best in quality, best in knowledgeable aestheticians, best in comfy environment, best in keeping current with technology and skin care science. I frequently get compliments on my skin, which pleases me. Also, I have never felt pressured to buy their products or to increase the services I use. I have a facial every 5 weeks and look forward to it. I wish I could give this salon more than 5 stars. (Parking is free in the lot where they are located.)

I had a fantastic eye brow wax with Elizabeth Grady! Oh man, I wish I could fly back from Texas each time I’m in need. Nena didn’t talk much but I was fine with that, she did a fantastic job.
The décor is beautiful and the rooms are relaxing and private. Fantastic place!

I feel bad giving three stars because the girl was nice but they charged $ 15 extra to take everything off (it’s a Brazilian, shouldn’t everything come off?) and because after paying the extra I realized that there was still hair down there (sorry if this is tmi!).
I went here to use a deal that I bought for a Brazilian wax. There was a lot of free parking which is always a plus. And, the interior looked nice in the front, however, the room that they brought me into for the wax was odd. It looked like a glorified closet! Unlike the rooms where you receive facials, this room did not have a comfy bed or serene surroundings. Instead, it had a bed that looked very basic and on the counter was a large aluminum foil covered thing of wax and two pots of dried wax. I felt like I was in the back room or something! Not the luxury you expect when booking an appointment at Elizabeth Grady. I would have been extremely disappointed if I had paid full price ($ 60, or $ 75 for everything). The girl mentioned that she liked the room because of the lighting but really, if they are going to have customers in there then they should make it a little nicer!
I had them take everything off which I wish the girl had let me know would cost extra (seriously?). I am also not a very hairy person (again, sorry for the tmi) and at other places that I have gone, they usually charge me less than the standard rate. After I got home though, I realized that there was still hair down there! What a disappointment! I just wish that she was a bit more thorough! Overall, the waxing was okay but not worth it. Especially with the extra charge. There is no way that I would spend the regular price of $ 75 to get waxed in a back room! I’ll be going back to my normal place. I could get a full waxing at Mini Luxe (or most of the other spas) on Newbury Street for less than that!

One of the smaller Elizabeth Grady’s I ever been to but that did not effect it’s quality. Convenient location, ample parking, very nice interior. I was early and waited only a few minuted before I saw Lynne. She was very friendly and professional. She left me alone to get comfy on the chair and man, it was so comfy it felt like climbing in to my pillow top bed! The chair is padded and had super soft linens, very cozy. She waxed my brows with expert perfection in the quickest amount of time I’d ever received a brow wax. On top of everything, services were 25% off so I only paid $ 15! (but tipped on $ 20). Overall, excellent and I would return any time!
