Robert started off strong, with great follow-​up and demolition after a flooded basement. It continued on a downhill spiral from there. About 2⁄3 through the project, he disappeared, with a series of empty promises. Although we paid for carpet padding and labor, he never showed, never called, just stopped taking my calls. As for the basement repairs? Completely faulty. The basement flooded again 2x, and he would never pick up the phone. I would stay away at all costs. I had another vendor come in (Pioneer Basement) and they showed me what a terrible job on the waterproofing he had done. I would not work with this man or recommend him to anyone.
