Difficult to get in because they are so popular, but my 4 year old had her first class yesterday and I was IMPRESSED. The staff was attentive, the instructor was excellent (my daughter was apprehensive — and she calmed her down and took her time with her), the pool was clean, the dressing area/​bathrooms were clean, there were hairdryers, clothes dryers, etc. etc. etc. And the parent watching area was big and comfortable. So far, so good.

We’ve been very happy with Goldfish so far. My son had been taking lessons at the West Suburban YMCA for about 6 months, but he wasn’t really making that much progress. A friend of ours suggested Goldfish because she was having better luck there than the Y. Within only about 3 weeks, our son had made significant progress. The classes are smaller than at the Y and I think they have a better way of teaching the kids. My son LOVES his teacher, Dexter. My husband and I like the comfortable seating area and clear view of the pool so we can see how he’s doing.
The pool is also super warm, so it makes family swim much more tolerable for me — I’m a wimp getting into cold water!

We absolutely love goldfish school. Our son previously did not enjoy swim lessons at another swim school and flat out refused to go to them. He now loves swim lessons and can’t wait until his weekly class at goldfish. The building is clean, child friendly and welcoming to kids with beautiful ocean murals on the walls. Also toys for siblings waiting to play with. Teachers are great and staff at desk friendly and helpful. We are so impedes with this place and highly recommend it. We are grateful that our child now loves swimming and is great at it

Our family absolutely loves Goldfish Swim
School in Needham! Both boys ask every day if it is a Goldfish swim lesson day and my 4 yr old went from not wanting to put his face in when he started to swimming on his own after 4 weeks. They make learning to swim fun and, as a parent, I love that there are only 3 other kids in each of my boys’ classes. Highly recommend Goldfish Swim School — Needham!

This place is organized, professionally managed, clean they even have hair dryers. The instructors are knowledgeable and they provide a safe environment for the kids to learn how to swim. Highly recommend.

This is simply the best place to go to teach your kids how to swim. They clearly prioritize safety first and the instruction is fantastic. The facilities are pristine and in great shape. The staff is the very best. Trained, professional, courteous and charming. If you have children, I could not recommend this swim school strongly enough.
