There is nothing better than being served by folks that really care about the customer! Regardless of who you meet there the service is impeccable. I purchased 5 sets of Hunter Douglas blinds about a year ago. They came to the house to measure the windows. Helped us to choose the best style and color and placed the order all for a very reasonable price. Once they arrived, Neil came to the house and installed them.
After some ice dams leaked onto one set I needed to have it repaired. Home Trends handled the return and repair for me and offered to deliver and reinstall. Its great to have people that will take care of you before, during and after the sale. I will return to them whenever I need blinds or window treatment. I recommend them highly.

Amazing customer service! The staff at this location is fantastic. I went in with an issue with a Hunter Douglass blind and left in under ten minutes with it repaired. Their selection is spectacular with all different types of blinds, shadings, and curtains. There are multiple fabric options, function and style options, and even some that work with apps to be controlled via iPhones or other devices. It’s a great store with a friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable staff. Definitely check out Home Trends!

Friendly, helpful service. I needed a blind repaired that had been made by a manufacturer no longer in business. Home Trends was happy to help me even though they don’t usually service this brand. The finished blind works great, the repair was inexpensive, and everyone I interacted with there was friendly and provided great service. Highly recommend!
