This is a poorly run company, with horrifically bad customer service. Try getting a part for one of their pool pumps! You’ll get the same run-​around — «parts not available, no you cannot speak to my supervisor, no my phone won’t transfer.» After three calls — each time we were told a date 2 weeks in the future when parts would be available — no parts were ever available. We have made our last purchase from Intex!
