Epilogue:
After a few more weeks and too many emails (including some to my wife, which were unwarranted and inappropriate), they sent someone to do all that we had previously agreed would be done and to try to fix what was still not working/​had gotten worse
The sprinkler is now working and they added a new head, but in the process, they apparently loosened the stone wall we had built last year, causing my daughter to fall off when the top stone tilted
Also, many weeds and brown spots remain
Despite their eventual efforts to make things right, I am still dissatisfied and would not recommend
