I am visiting from Richmond VA. I have a 9 year old with glasses that are difficult to replace… Which of course means I travel with his older pair (never quite right once new frames and tweaked prescription are gotten used to)… And the frame breaks. Not a full break but enough that a remedy is required as we are traveling 10 more days. That’s the back story… The fix is coming from my new relationship with Needham eye associates and in particular Ilana! She helped trouble shoot, ordered frames and even helped to work within a tight time frame! She is the most pleasant person and I certainly hope that she is recognized for her willingness to go above and beyond! I am visiting local family and am thrilled to have made this association! I am grateful beyond words!
