I used to work next door, and even though I like the sandwiches here well enough, I walked way farther on my lunch break to somewhere else because the workers here are SO rude. I leave positive reviews for places often, and rarely negative ones. But the staff at this location are probably some the rudest people I’ve ever seen in customer service jobs. The last time I went, the person didn’t say a single word the entire time through my order. I’m not even exaggerating– I said «hi, how are you?» No response. Are you serious? It was awkward… Another staff was so irritated when I wanted a different sandwich than my brother got. Sorry, I don’t like the same deli meats as him haha! I can’t believe they’re still in business to be honest. They should do an employee overhaul! It’s truly bad enough that I would pay more or drive further for a less-​good sandwich lol. Keep your faith in humanity and your temper in check– go somewhere else: P

I try to give them extra chances because I work near there yet today I got yelled at when I told the guy you gave me the wrong sub on camera. I trust that I have my sub the way I order that I don’t need to open the bag in the restaurant to make sure I got the right order. Also got non sense for condition of coupons I had. Not because of the expiration date but because they weren’t perfectly cut. I can see why that location has no tip jar.

Like all subway locations you get a consistently Good sandwich but for some reason they all offer terrible service. These workers are all just so miserable.
