ZUMBA with LIZ

Describing Zumba with Liz is not an easy task! Every time I try words fail me because as soon as I start thinking about it my mood gets so elevated and cloud 9 endorphins make it difficult for me to focus! I take Zumba with the unforgettable Liz Mahoney every Tuesday at South Station BSC and, guys and gals, I tell you, the class is the highlight of my day! The songs never get old, new choreography spices things up, and Liz’ upbeat attitude turns a sometimes crappy Tuesday to a Wohoo-​life Tuesday! I feel like I get an amazing work out, burn oodles of calories, and get charged up with positive energy to enjoy the rest of my day! Thank you Liz!
By the way, this is my first Unilocal review — I sadly never post them — but Zumba with Liz is so lifechanging that I had to do it. If you want a happier day and a more toned body, while having so much fun you forget you are exercising, you HAVE to do your beautiful self a favor and COME!

I just went for my first Zumba class yesterday — absolutely LOVED Liz !! Her energy is insane — it motivates you to keep up ! I was dreading the 1hr class — since I m not the most active person — but believe me when I say this. the time flew by thanks to the upbeat music and Liz’s innovative dance moves !!
