I used Ashton Moving for moving my 2 BDR interstate from OH to WI after they provided the best quote we had received for the job. Both Sam and Mike were professional and courteous. For the loading in OH, they brought in a truck large enough to fit in all our stuff and there was no risk of running out of space. Sam and Mike made a easy job of loading the truck and completed it in just under 3 hours. They showed genuine concern with getting the fragile and awkward shaped items to be safely secured and spent considerable thought to do that right. For unloading the next day, Sam was kind enough to allow us a few extra hours before they started unloading and completed the job in under 3 hours. Not a single item was out of place, broken or cracked. The furniture and boxes were put in place where we asked them to.
Ashton Moving is honest, quick and gets the job done right. You will also find out that they have best quote around. I would highly recommend them for your next move!

Sam and crew moved all of my stuff from a house in Madison to an apartment in Chicago. The move wasn’t easy – on the Chicago end they had to maneuver the truck in an alley and get everything up a flight of back stairs. Plus there was rain. Throughout, the guys were friendly, efficient, respectful of everything, and incredibly hard-​working. Plus, their rates were surprisingly fair. They did an in-​home estimate, I paid by credit card, there were no extra/​hidden charges. Totally reliable operation and good guys.

They were on time, kept us aware of their arrival time. They worked quickly, loading an entire 2BR apartment into the UHaul in less than two hours.
Everything that needed protecting was covered the way we wanted. Nothing was broken as far as I can tell.
I think it was Steve and Mike who worked with us, and they were friendly and did a great job.

Highly unprofessional. No courtesy or ettiquettes. They NEVER came for the move. I had booked 15 days in advance and was even going to pay them in cash. I called them 10 times (atleast) with 4 – 5 VM on the day of the move and no one picks up (probably because of guilt). They told me they have been running the business for a very long time, are thorough, professional, etc etcI should have received a red flag when they asked for cash payment. They don’t care and are really really rude. I wish Google would allow me to write some abuses they deserve. I had to run around the town and get help from friends, other local businesses and ended up paying much more. They are listed as 4 star on U– haul website; don’t deserve even one star. They are scamsters. Never ever go to them for your moving needs. Horrible !
