Total and complete lack of service from the front staff.
My wife was under the care of a Doctor in the practice that left the business. She has been trying for TWO MONTHS to get the staff to send her records to her new doctor. Her prescriptions are running out and the staff has so far failed to return any of the 7 messages she has left. No one is apparently ever available to answer the phones.
