I love their garlic dill cheese. I came home craving it. I cut up some pieces and popped them in my mouth, while I puttered around the apartment.
I’ve never been to the dairy, but Palatine cheese is available at the Beacon Farmers Market. One time, I got garlic dill cheese curds and M. and I ate most of them in one day.
