I have been here several times and was very pleased. Great atmosphere.

i want to like this place more! it is set up very well for football with plenty of viewing angles and a comfortable atmosphere. they carry the local brewery on tap, which is nice. the food leaves alot to be desired, though; stale chips, burned chicken parm, cheap-​ish ingredients. the service could be a little better, especially from the surly bartender who makes you feel like you are inconveniencing him by asking for little things like menus, napkins, ketchup, beers, etc. they are trying hard, but needs some improvements.

Strike 1: the sign says «wait to be seated» and wait we did.
Strike 2: we also had to wait for our drink order to be taken, and for the hostess to «find us some menus». Then a waitress came over and greeted us by asking, «Did anybody take your order yet?» Bad form.
Strike 3: The wings come in quantities of ten. I like that, because we usually get five of one flavor and five of another flavor so we can have some variety. According to our waitress, they «can’t do that». Why? I have NO idea.
Oh and their chicken parm sandwich sucks too. That’s more than three strikes, YOU’RE OUT.

I have been here several times and have seen that’s it’s hit or miss with service. Frighteningly so…
Some servers are phenomenal, some are so inattentive that you need to flag them down when they’re rarely present. or flag down another staff member. One even dragged out the trash, did not wash their hands, and went to a table :-O.
However, the food never disappoints! The portion size is great, as is the taste.
Patrick is a delight!

Food is average. Low rating is for the lack
of management intervention of three guests who carried on their family argument for all to hear. We had enough when the m-​f-​bomb started to fly and took the remainder of our meal to go. The staff were clearly aware but no one asked them to cease or leave. Unfortunate.

Very good food nice atmosphere plenty of tvs for sports. only thing I dislike is the length of time it takes them to help you sometimes but all in all a great spot

Very good food and staff. Burgers are d lish and the new football menu is great. $ 5 burgers, yummo. I have been pleasantly surprised. The owner Patrick is a doll.

Just had an outstanding rueben, was better than any other i have had in a long time. Place has so many big tv’s will definitely be visiting coming football season. Service efficient and nice. Nice place.

We live around the corner and absolutely LOVE our neighborhood bar!!! We love it so much my husband and I eat (and drink) there at least twice a week. The business is family owned by an amazing family we’ve gotten to know well over the past year. They also own Brennan’s steakhouse in Neptune city which is where you will find us for dinner when we aren’t at Patricks! There is also a great size banquet room that is private from the bar and dining room at Patrick’s. My husband and I booked our rehearsal dinner for our wedding in the private room this July and I can’t even begin to explain how perfect the owners and the employees made our special night one to remember always! The food was amazing, Tons of it too! The room was set up perfectly! The servers/​bartenders couldn’t have been better! And Kevin (owner) was there overseeing everything and even preparing some of the food himself because he cared so much! They really know how to make people feel special which if you ask me, that’s what this business is all about! So thank you so much Patrick’s and Brennan’s! We you!

I have now been to this restaurant 5 times. We originally came to this restaurant because of the discounted wings. For the record, the buffalo wings are well made and typically very crispy and sauced properly at Patrick’s pub.
Unfortunately, the service is consistently terrible. Special requests are ignored and the food comes out in scattered intervals. We ordered buffalo wings as an appetizer and they arrived after our meal, with no explanation or apology. The food other than the wings is just processed and canned garbage. The cheese steak is the worst I’ve ever had, the cheese sauce that they pour on everything tastes like it came from a big can of preservatives.
The servers are always disappearing and each time have forgotten at least one item from our order.
We arrived one Saturday with some family and ordered wings. I wanted to confirm with the waitress that they were discounted but she told us there was no discount. I showed her the menu where it clearly displays the wing discount but she said those were old menus and there is no wing discount. We finally had the manager come to the table, and he had no idea why the waitress was telling us that since there was indeed a wing discount. I asked him why the waitress would misinform us and he said «she probably just wants a bigger tip». Nice.
Consistence is key and this place is consistently disappointing.

Nice place to go and have some good comfort food. Burgers are top notch. Service is good. Sometime they get behind but only when they get in the weeds. Good family place to go.

Blah. Food is average. Waitress tried to charge us extra things that she failed to mention then told us that we had to pay up and began to argue with us. Customer service is definitely not on their priority list. So sad.

It pains me to write this review. I have been to Patrick’s Pub several times and after my first visit had posted a rave of them on my Facebook page over their wonderful, fresh, delicious food. In the last three times I have visited, I have had a problem each time. Everyone has a bad day, but three is disheartening.
Each of the last three times that I came here, I was with my family. They were so excited about the yummy wings and the great beer and each time, my meal was forgotten. And I mean completely forgotten. To the point that the waitress, who I had to call over several times was hollering in the kitchen to get my food. After waiting for almost 2 hours to be served, while the rest of my family had already eaten, played pool, darts and finished at least two pitchers of beer, I FINALLY received my meal which was wrong. Each time was a different waitress, and still a wait for food. The only time I have not had a problem getting food at an appropriate amount of time is when I sit at the bar and for a place that is supposed to be «family friendly» this should not be the case.
On my way out this last time, I spoke to the «hostesses» if that’s what you would call them and explained the situation and how I would like to speak with the manager/​owner and they gave me disinterested faces saying they would relay the message. No apology for the situation, they didn’t even get up from their leaned positions. If you want customers that are going to come back and eat your food and give props to your business, you should at least speak to them in a respectful manner.
My husband likes their food and wanted to go this week and I said, «Honey, don’t you remember what happened the last time?» He replied, «Yeah, you’re right. We should go somewhere else.»

If you love the prime rib wednesday then try it blackened! Very few places know what blackening is. Awesome food and cold brew.

Went here Saturday night knowing nothing about it, only having seen their ads in the local paper. Pleased to report we had a great time. Sat at the bar and enjoyed some well poured drinks, also had dinner. This is QUALITY pub food. Of particular note, the chili nachos were delicious. Large portion, chili outstanding, real cheddar cheese, all good. Followed it up with a mushroom cheddar burger. Well cooked, quality ingredients. Will definitely be back and recommend others check it out. Large dining room can accommodate groups nicely.

Loved it here! Great beers for fair prices. TONS of games: billiards, touchscreen, multiple dart boards, foozball, CORNHOLE. You should def try the soft pretzel with cheese dip and buffalo chicken dip. We housed those.

Patrick’s Pub has great food! If you are looking for a cold beer and great pub food, this is the place to go! Truly the Very Very best burger I ever had !
