I have been using products from this company for 15 years now. Over the years we have come to realize that as a result of the company growing through acquisitions and constantly changing its name(Service CEO, Insight Direct, PestPac, Marathon Data, and now WorkWave), there is very little commitment to customer service and product development. Year after year I have seen the level of support go downhill. Their key personnel either left or were fired. Attempts to get support are met with apathy and laziness. They have uneducated people assigned to legacy accounts — people that have no idea how to manage a relationship. Moreover their attempts to make a cloud-based offering has been very disappointing for their customer base(I know because we have been in the business for almost 30 years and know most of the ServiceCEO customers on the West Coast). To add insult to injury they are offering the cloud-based system at a ridiculously high price. It’s daylight robbery. There are a plethora of offerings now for field management and dispatching, all of them cloud-based and most of them superior to what WorkWave offers. I can only hope that we are able to get ourselves off of their platform in time for the new year. Their fees are exorbitant and one gets very little for the money. Take your business elsewhere. — A very disappointed and frustrated customer of 15+ years.
