Big Daddy’s Grille

The place is tiny but it is clean. Whenever I go to someplace new I always order a burger and fries or onion rings. Can’t mess that up right? So today I ordered a burger and o.r.‘s. First let me state that it was like 11:45 and not that busy. There was a family there already eating their food. I placed my order and sat down. About 5 minutes later these 2 Verizon guys sit down also. A few minutes later another Verizon guy shows up. So i’m siting there and sitting there and guess who’s food comes out first? You guessed it… ALL 3 Verizon orders. Now I’m not totally sure if they might have called it in, but I know for a fact the 3^rd guy ordered at the counter and then added an order of o.r.‘s to his order… Now onto the food. The cheeseburger had absolutely no flavor. It was a good size for being the $ 3 Tuesday special. They say their burgers are never frozen and made fresh, but at least add some seasoning (McCormick’s Montréal seasoning would have helped). I had to put extra salt on it just to get some taste out of it. The onion rings were just loaded with grease and unseasoned also. I put a few on a napkin to try to soak some oil up so I could eat some. I ate a few and then tossed them. They need to realize that this place is kind of off the map and I went out of my way to eat there cause some twit posted it on FB. Will I go back, Don’t think so, there are so many other places to eat at the shore.
