I can’t believe how easy it was to get new passports for my kids (both under 16).
We were greeted when we walked in, asked to take a seat for a few minutes (less than 5), snd then Kim efficiently went through the process.
I have been saying all night «I can’t believe how easy that was».
Plentiful parking, easy to find.
Like the previous reviewer said, «This is how ALL government offices should run!»

The way you’d like your government to work:
I went to the Monmouth Connection to get a county veterans ID card. I walked into a nicely furnished office facility and was promptly greeted. I provided the needed documents to the staff person and in under 10 minutes I had the finished ID and original documents in my hands.
As an unexpected bonus, a few days later I received, by mail, a notice from the Monmouth Country Clerks office with an additional copy of my DD214 and notice that the document had been registered by the county clerk.
Very nice work by everyone involved and behind the scenes.
