If you like being treated like cattle then this is the place for you. The office is like an assembly line designed to get patients in and out as quickly as possible. After waiting in the huge packed waiting room you are shuttled into the exam room where the assistant puts your information into the computer. After waiting another 10 – 20 minutes in the exam room the doctor comes in asks you a few questions and goes through the motions of examining you and then writes a script. He barely looked into my ears and throat for a split second so I don’t know how well that exam was. After telling him that I have used that prescription previously and it didn’t work, he told me to try it again. Why would it work now when it didn’t work last year. The doctor was in the room with me for about 3 – 4 minutes total. The visit was a total waste of time and waste of money.

Terrible place. They have so many rules. You have to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and if you don’t, they refuse to see you. So that’s annoying. But if you are on time, you wait in their obnoxiously loud and crowded waiting room to be seen not at your appointment time, but usually 45 minutes to an hour later. If you value your time and have other things to do than wait in an annoying waiting room, then I suggest you get a different ENT
