I crapped. When I went into Taco Bell I was expecting an explosion from my butt an hour later, but it all came too soon. After having a nice unhealthy Doritos locos taco or something like that I felt a deep grumble from my stomach. Nothing good was going to happen. While driving home I steered off the road then I felt a little sliding in my pants. That’s right you heard me I shat my pants. I pulled over found some bushes and let it rip. The fiery poop that was coming out me ruined the enviroment. It was so firery it caused a forest fire. I killed many people and animals and now I’m in court wish me luck!!!

After 15 minutes on line the attendant told us they were closed, while laughing (despite several cars directly in front of us) and then still, while laughing told us we could get beans. Unprofessional, rude and nasty… horrible customer service. If you’re closed that’s fine but make it known to customers rather than laugh and make nasty, condescending comments… rude rude rude. Hire competent people, puh-​lease

Taco bell is my go to spot for when I wanna pig out and eat with no care in the world. But this particular location always seems to ruin my cheat meal experience, either the service is below par or they forget something in my order. Prefer the Eatontown one much more.

I eat fast food maybe once every few months. Every once in a blue moon I must have Taco Bell.
I went today and waited a really long time at the drive thru. At the window I saw a huge order handed to a customer. I was given an order of cinnamon twists to apologize for the wait. That was a nice touch.
I am really writing about fast food to mention the employees. These young people are the most pleasant, respectful, professional, and helpful I’ve seen in a long time. Every single time and every single employee I have met has behaved in this manner.
I once tried to offer a tip and the young man declined saying he could not take it.
Taco Bell Neptune and their employees should be commended for their fine customer service!

Haven’t been inside this location, just drive-​thru.
Food was fine, tacos weren’t messy like a lot of other locations make them. Order was 100% correct, can’t ask for much more than that from a T. Bell.

Great friendly service, very clean you could lick the floor type of clean (metaphorically, not literally), if you catch my drift. Very well lit. Great place to grab the 4th meal and post walk of shame brunches. Oh and of course, super cheap. Must try the cherry lime drink, real good! Simplemente Cinco estrellas!

Great service — friendly staff. When we ordered the 5 layer burrito meal with two tacos and asked for 2 taco supremes instead, they were accommodating and pleasant. It cost 40 cents more per taco but was worth it to get what we wanted. Again, nice and efficient staff and clean place too. Have stopped here a few times when visiting OG and never been disappointed.
