Front desk girl was nasty at 10AM on a Sunday morning (Valentine Day as well). Extra cost for air hockey, really? New air catch game with feed scoops positioned right where the benches for parents are? Get a longer extension cord and move it. The girl we had helping the kids in the second room was great at encouraging kids to climb too the top of the super tall slide.

Great clean place but during the party there was literally NO staff to be found anywhere. This place is extraordinarily expensive for very little service
