I own a gaming laptop that had a less than stellar wifi card. Because the location of the wifi card was actually under the keyboard and required more dismantling than I was prepared to do, I searched Unilocal and came across T.G. Professionals. They scored some great ratings and reviews from a few customers, so I decided to give them a try.
Raymond was able to diagnose my problem quickly and even went the extra mile and did some further research on my laptop and the card that was currently installed.
I dropped my laptop off to Raymond and he had the new card installed a few hours later! That’s fast turnaround!
The new card that Raymond installed worked wonderfully!
The great thing about T.G. Professionals is that the service they provide isn’t done when the job is over. After the card installation the Bluetooth on the card wasn’t functioning properly. Raymond reached out to me at 11pm on a Saturday and remotely fixed the issue. A few days later he called to follow up to ensure everything was to my expectations.
Raymond provides a great service to his customers. If you have a computer issue, give him a call!
