Amelia found me through an ad I had run renting my house. She reached out offering to find the right tenant for me. Within four weeks we had several options, and all great potential tenants. Amelia is professional, courteous, communicative, and was a blessing for me. She has worked around the county for many years in real estate and as an appraiser at some point. So she knows the county and it’s properties.
Her rates are extremely fair and had optional rates depending if I would keep her on for property management or not. If you’re looking to rent a property or for a property manager, Amelia should be your first call.
