I had been looking for a Green Mountain Pellet Smoker. The GM website listed Floratech as a retailer even though they are a nursery. I live in Oklahoma about 2 ½ hours away. They made me an excellent deal, so across the river I came. I was worried about getting it loaded and strapped down in my pickup, but, I shouldn’t have been. They shrink wrapped the unit so bugs wouldn’t be plastered all over it from the ride home. It was also securely strapped down. I didn’t hear a rattle or see any movement on the entire trip. I haven’t had the grill long enough to comment on it, but the service I received at Floratech was fantastic!
