Hing Wang

We ordered takeout and it was ready in ten minutes. The chicken on a stick was flavorful, plump, and only $ 5.75 for five pieces. Hot and sour soup was not too thick or slimy like some places. I was surprised that the bourbon chicken was fried – I was expecting chicken like the places at the mall! The combos are a great value. Entrees are big enough to split. Overall, it’s a good fast Chinese place.

I called in my order and not only did they charge me a price that was not on the menu, the charge they put through on my card was different then what I was suppose to pay. They added tip in when I specifically took off the tip and took the receipt back because they were horrible. I told them I wanted my money back. So not only are they liars they steal your money too!
I order bourbon chicken with vegetables instead of rice. I didn’t think that there would be an issue because there were multiple items with chicken that had vegetables as a side and were $ 2 – 3 dollars less than the expensive bourbon chicken I asked for. A boy that must have been under ten years old took my order over the phone and never told me that I could not get vegetables.
When I went to pick up my order, no one greeted me. Even though they were standing at the front, they did not say anything to me. Once I let them know I was hear to pick up my order, they continued to stare at me without speaking. Once my order was finished the man brought it and put it on the counter and gave me the receipt.
I tipped $ 2 and then checked my meal. I had fried rice and not vegetables. After ten minutes of me trying to explain that I ordered vegetables and not fried rice. They told me that they only have on meal with vegetables as a side and that I would have to pay $ 6 for them… At this point, I am still being extremely nice. I understand they have trouble with English but I’m beginning to realize they have a HUGE problem with customer service as well. I showed the American working and the lady who was screaming at me for NO reason the menu with chicken items that were even less than mine and had vegetables. Again, at this point I was being VERY VERY understanding and just asking them to please make it right.
She refused to make a side of vegetables. At this point, I said that I was upset because they were not handling their paying customer with care and that they needed to make this situation right. I was the paying customer and I did nothing wrong! Other than give this horrible restaurant a shot. They refused to help me or make it right so I marked out my tip and refused to pay for the food that I did not order.
They are refusing to refund my money and when I called them they screamed at me and wouldn’t even let me speak. This is a horrible establishment and the customer service is devastating. If your order is messed up because of THEM they refuse to fix the problem THEY created!!! AND 10 year old boy who took it who shouldn’t even be working… I will NEVER GO BACK!!!

The food is great. I’ve ordered from here a lot. House special lo mein is good, the steamed dumplings, and crab Rangoon is also good! I’m sure I’ve ordered a lot more but those are what I usually get. I’ve had some stuff delivered from here as well and it’s always quick!

Prices are great. Service was fast. I went with spicy shrimp w/​vegetables and steamed rice. Portions are very generous and you will not leave hungry. Lunch was $ 5.25 which was a great value. Taste was good taking into consideration price. I do not believe they offer free iced water and they wanted to charge over a dollar. Honestly I’m not sure if this was due to cashier thinking I ordered a bottle water. Either way I told them I would drink water I had in car. Spicy shrimp had just right amount of heat and plenty of condiments are available. One pet peeve I have is clean windows and the windows were not clean. In fact they were very smudged and dirty. Tables could have been a little cleaner especially since I was the only one eating in restaurant and two people were playing video games. Overall I will be back because value and taste was good but not go out of my to return.

This place is pretty good for fast, cheap Chinese food. Don’t expect anything that will blow your socks off. This is not that place. Their fried rice isn’t all that great, but the lo mein is really good. Good, cheap, and fast! They give you a lot of food as well, so there is plenty for leftovers.

Great quality food. Very consistent in flavor each time we get carry out. Friendly family that owns it.
General Tso, Crab Rangoon, and Chicken Fried Rice are our favorites.
Appearance of the kitchen is clean.

For fast, cheap Asian food Hing Wang is your place. You can go in, order, and be on your way in less than ten minutes. The portions are huge for the price.

For cheap and quick Chinese, we love Hing Wang.
