I have struggled with terrible skin my whole life; so when it was suggested that I go have a facial with Jenna, and try her facial oil, I thought why not? Going for that first facial with Jenna changed my life, literally. Since I have started seeing Jenna, once every five weeks or so, I have stopped all antibiotics from the dermatologist, both oral and topical. I have been seeing a dermatologist since I was a teenager; I have tried every single medication, treatment, and other to clear up my skin. I have never had skin as clear as it is now without some sort of medication, but thanks to Jenna’s personalized oil cleanse, at thirty-​five I finally feel somewhat normal. I cannot rave on Jenna’s professionalism and patients enough, she provides an excellent experience along with a fantastic product custom tailored for your skin type. Jenna is truly a hidden gem in New Albany.

I made an appointment with Jenna solely based on a Unilocal review. Best advice I’ve taken on Unilocal so far! I was in desperate need for eyebrow shaping. Like the prior reviewer stated-​there is a difference between eyebrow waxing and shaping. Jenna did a nice job working on getting my eyebrows to match again. She also really took her time and looked at my skin after we started talking. When it was time to schedule my next eyebrow appointment I also scheduled a facial.
I went to my facial and waxing today. What a relaxing experience. The room was quiet and smelled wonderful. I settled into the bed and closed my eyes. She began asking what issues I have with my skin and what I’d like to improve. The facial itself was perfect and my skin was glowing when I left. Of course my eyebrows look great too. She sent me home with cleanser to try. I am already ready to go back.
Give this a shot. You won’t regret it. She did a wonderful job… Better than any of the big mega spas here in Columbus!

I went to see Jenna for eye brow shaping. I am not just saying ‘wax’ because there’s a difference between someone who can simply wax and someone skilled in shaping. I am so SO happy with the result, and my eye brows are not the easiest to shape. I am looking forward to seeing Jenna again and will try other services she offers.
