Every restaraunt in the area was packed on Saturday night at 7pm, but this KFC had no one there. I thought I was lucky, but should have taken a hint. My wife and I went in and stood for 5 minutes while 2 employees worked in the kitchen area, but never took our order or even acknowleged that we were there. My wife went to the restroom, and when she returned, I was still waiting. No one ever said anything to me. What do they do there? They don’t sell chicken. That is for sure.

Every visit has been a disappointment. Always long wait in drive thru and almost always «out» of whatever chicken we try to order. They sent us a free coupon, then they refused to take the coupon when tried to use it.
