How do I even begin to say how wonderful Katie King is? As a young buyer of only one previous home purchase, there was still terms and fine print I didn’t know. She doesn’t play games, she doesn’t do any work less than beyond excellent, and she stands behind her word to the very end. Not only is she extremely detail oriented… she is fast! Her perfectly coordinated team is groomed for success. At one point, Katie was out of the office, and I had no clue; her team answered my emails just as quickly as if she was there. My loan was closed and done within 25 days.
