This place for me was just another average burger place. The food here is pretty good, never had any issues with the staff. I recommend the Train Wreck, or the Black Bean Veggie.

Finally a restaurant in the area that understands food needs to be fresh! I had the pizza burger on a pretzel bun and it was fantastic. They’re homemade root beer pop was also great. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Lots of big screen tvs with sports playing. I will definitely be going again!

It was my family’s first time here– figured, it’s a local place, we like burgers. Let’s start with food– just OKAY, it took a long time to make for 2 burger meals and 3 kids orders of buttered noodles. Our burgers were cold and not flavorful. Fries– the sauces they offer– one recommended to us was like actual syrup. We ate them plain and they were abut soggy. My kids love buttered noodles– having them everywhere from Dimitri’s across the street to Brio. They were cold, and had very little butter. (How do you screw up buttered noodles??) Also, they are often asked if they want Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on, when it doesn’t come out with the meal we ask for it. They bring it, no charge. Since when do people who order noodles get charged for a sprinkle of cheese, that, let me add– they did not apply??? When our bill came out for our late, lukewarm, lackluster food (and those custom sodas don’t make a difference) we were charged $ 3.75 for 3 «modifications» of Parmesan cheese! That’s almost the cost of a kids meal itself. Not happy at all. Our server, never smiled from the minute we got there. As my husband and I have both been restaurant and banquet servers in the past, I explained to her this is not something that is charged extra, she stood up for the «modification» of their orders. I continued that this is unheard of anywhere else. She then offered to remove the charge. Next time I want a warm, flavorful expensive burger and free Parmesan cheese for spaghetti noodles I know of many other restaurants that serve both, and have friendly service.

Burgers (beef) are very good. Interesting and tasty options. DO NOT ORDER MAHI MAHI burger. Awful fishy. Just bad. Perhaps needs to be discontinued item. Corn chips tasted like old grease. Staffing remains an issue.
Try harder for the prices charged. Not feeling the love.

Had the BBQ bacon burger with the sante fe chipotle sauce ti dio the fries in. Really enjoyed the burger though I kinda ran out of bun. The sauce was great and the lemonade was well made not too bitter or sweet. Our waitress was great. The only problem we had we when we first came in. the hostess paid no attention to us and this was at lunchtime around 2pm so they weren’t busy. One of the other staff members asked if we were helped then got the hostesses attention.

I ordered 2 hamburgers and a Tuscan grilled chicken on naan bread to-​go yesterday (Saturday). The place smelled amazing as I walked in for my order. I couldn’t wait to get it home and eat ! Well, I wish I would have read the reviews before I choose this place. First, there was cheese on one hamburger that I had asked for no-​cheese. Of course that was Gramma’s hamburger. Yikes !! The hamburgers were absolutey tasteless. My Tuscan grilled chicken was so greasy because of the grilled onions and peppers that the naan bread was soaked with grease. Not sure why they pair that with balsamic vinegrette. (that was on the side, thank God!) I was so disappointed… I was so looking forward to trying this place. I’m not so sure I’ll ever go back.

Came in here with my mother for lunch. Was not expecting the service we received. Jordan our server was amazing, suggesting her favorite menu items (which were delicious). The only complaint we have is that the tortilla chips for our jalapeño dip were not cooked long enough. Other than that, this place was great! Will be going back soon and asking for Jordan.

Definitely short on waiting staff. Took probably ten minutes to get asked what I would like to eat. It’s just embarrassing. Our waiter was some teenager who was handling probably the whole half of the floor at once. The food was phenomenal, though. The atmosphere was nice aswell. Could use some improvement. The Manager, Jose, was very nice, however that really doesn’t make up for the short of waitstaff. Don’t even ASK me how long it took for the receipt and payment. Probably took 40 minutes. Could have gone to PetCo down the street and gotten food faster. Won’t be coming here again.

3 simple words… HIRE MORE WAITSTAFF! I’m very patient and open to trying new places but this is one for the hall of shame. My wife and 2 teenage boys went for dinner and after sitting down, we waited 15 mins to get our server to order our drinks. 15 mins later our drinks arrived. Our server waited on 15 tables and another 15 mins later he came for our order. Then after 30 mins our food came and not given any silverware. I asked the server 3 times for silverware and it took another 15 mins to get. The manager stopped by to ask about service and the meal, which he said they were slammed with large groups, but there we just 2 and 4 people at the tables. My wife had the twisted Mac and cheese and it was horrible. The manager said he would remove the mac from our bill. 15 mins again passes and I get the bill and it doesn’t have the mac and cheese price removed from the bill. So after this change, I finally got the correct bill. They promote the Bagger Dave’s phone app to get bonus points and pay by phone. Since we had a 2 hour dinner we had plenty of time to download the app.
The app doesn’t work! It kept saying the email was not correct or on file then to bill pay with phone it said password correct.
I say spent less time with all the technical gadgets and more time on prompt polite service and food. As we left a family asked us how our meal was and we were honest and told them the short version of this story, and they walked back to their car and said thank you, we’ve heard the same thing from others but wanted to try it themselves. This could be an awesome place if managed right and by increasing staff would only bring in more regulars which I’m sure this place really needs to stay afloat.

Wife and I decided to give this place a shot last night. The burgers weren’t bad, but I don’t consider them to be good enough to go out of my way for. I had the Mexicali Burger. Cooked pretty well at Medium, which is a big plus since most places will burn the heck out of a To-​Go burger. The Taste was alright but all i pretty much tasted was the peppers on it, not any of the other toppings. The fries were decent, but it tasted like their oil was old.
We also had their fried artichokes which I was very disappointing in considering they were supposed to be the specialty item of theirs. The artichokes were just bland and the only flavor they had was from the dipping sauce.
Don’t think the cost of their food is justified with the lack of flavor.

Solid burgers. You can choose a side sauce for your fries instead of the traditional ketchup. Service is great, nice tap selection. Pretty solid military discount too. I forget what day of the week it is but they have a craft beer special so that potato that posted about expensive beers should probably go there another time.

a good chain burger place that is not expensive, not a big burger fan but the chicken is really good. Worth the stop for lunch and a meal before the show

Money vs food quality this place isn’t worth it. Everything is overpriced. The food was OK but I won’t be back again. $ 6.50 for a beer and the burger I had was put together sloppier than any other fast food burger I’ve had. Don’t waste your time or money

Restaurant was cool temperature wise had a hard time eating my food because I was so cold. The food was good though.

Disappointed. food wasn’t as good as the other locations. Saddly the wait staff is inexperienced. With only 3 tables of people, we stood at the entrance for almost 5 minutes, while servers ignored us. I had to interrupt, to finally get seated. Then the receptionist was rude, and acted as though we inconvenienceed her, completely unprofessional. The restaurant was almost empty which would normally suggest fast service. Not in our case. I was excited to have one so close to my home, but not anymore. This was my second time at this location, the first time wasn’t a good experience either. I figured I would try them a second time with no success. So I guess if I want to go to Bagger Dave’s, it will be at their Sterling Heights location.

Came here to watch the Florida vs Alabama game. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Jose the manager was very helpful. He helped my fiancé with choosing her food. The bartender was very friendly also.
Love the fries here and the chipotle bbq dipping sauce is amazing! If your looking for a great burger and some craft beer, this is the place to go.

well we thought why not lets try this place
first of all and i don’t usually complain when i go out to eat
but i am going to give it to you straight and save you diners and Unilocalers a lot of time and money
THIS PLACE SUCKS, if one what one eats i’ll come out as a piece of garbage you cant pay me to feed this stuff to my farm animals, service food and price very disappointed. we will not go back again, honestly if you want a great burger, great service and half of the price go down the street to lov-​a burger

April was our server and was superior! She was knowledgeable and efficient. Friendly and just awesome. We tried the Pizza burger and the Tuscan chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. Definitely recommend this place and will most certainly be back! Thanks to April!

Really good food, fresh ingredients, nothing frozen. Brand new location in Chesterfield, MI, they are still working out the kinks in service. It will improve. I will write a new review on next visit.

What kept this from being a 5 star review was the obvious lack of preparedness by our waiter, and a troublesome roll up window that would not close. Every time a door on the other side of our table opened, a strong chilly gust of wind would clear our table of anything lightweight. We ended up moving to another table as soon as one was available, but the room was still pretty cold. We did not hold that against the service. The waiter, while enthusiastic, was not prepared to handle multiple tables without someone working with him. Another couple of shifts, and we think he’ll improve greatly. The primary issues were having to ask for silverware and napkins a couple of times, and 3 times (after requesting) he failed to bring us some lemon wedges for our drinks. Also, and this wasn’t his fault, it took 45 minutes to get our burgers after the appetizer. The kitchen got backlogged, but when we got the burgers and fries, they were still hot, and obviously did not sit under a heat lamp.
Now for the food: I had the Blues Burger, my wife had the Mahi-​Mahi burger. Both were excellent, cooked as we ordered them (BD cooks to medium or medium well, but I asked for mine to be on the rare side of medium. It was, still having some pink in the middle.) The ingredients are advertised as being all fresh, never frozen, and prepared on location. I can believe this.
We got the Santa Fe chicken dip appetizer. It was very good, but the tortilla chips are too thin to scoop out the dip, so be sure to use a spoon to put the dip on the chip. They will bring you more chips if you need them, and you probably will.
Overall, we can highly recommend Bagger Dave’s, and we will try them again soon, once they’ve had a few more weeks to get their service flaws under control.
