Great service and reasonable prices. I used them to clean my house. They were thorough and meticulous even using a toothbrush at times. I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail. Literally from floor to ceiling my house was spotless. My wife was so happy she took pictures. Thank you CVA for a wonderful job cleaning my house. I will refer you to all my friends.

My mom has used Cape Verdean Associates to clean our rental property on Cape Cod every week for the past few summers. They are very professional and do everything you ask with a smile! John and his team always arrive promptly, are happy to work around us and our (very loud) little dog and really scrub everything! It’s easy to book an appointment and they always find time to squeeze us in– even at the last minute! They clean thoroughly (commercial grade vacuums, dusting, floors, even changing bed linens, etc.) and are often done fairly quickly since they arrive with such a large team. John has even been known to do some light handyman work (like reattaching a wall towel rack in the bathroom) for us when we’re completely stumped! They are the best!

I’m sorry I can’t recommend them. I got two good references but they were very disappointing. They came in with two teenagers waving dusters who immediately started to dust my island. I hired them to clean the walls, woodwork, and floors after a total rehab of my new house. I wanted all the dust gone so I could retouch the paint and move in my furniture. I called them back the next day because the dust was still on the walls somewhere about 4 ½ to 5 feet high — looks like the kids dusted as high as they could reach without a stepstool. The floor in my sunroom was completely dusty — no one had even tried to clean that. The tops of the bottom window panes had never even been touched. Dust everywhere. I had asked the woman owner to please make sure the bathrooms were cleaned — especially the main one that needed cleaning of the shower and the floor. It was laughable — a damp cloth is not what I had in mind. All this for $ 270.00 — a complete rip-​off. I had to re-​clean everything before we could move in.
