I had a good experience with this shop. We own a Miele canister vacuum. There is a small blue clip that’s used to hold the vacuum bags in. It was accidentally thrown out.
I looked online everywhere and could not find the clip. I bought one, wrong size. I called a ton of different shops and no one could help me.
Andy came to the rescue. He was willing to remove the part from a floor model for me and sell it to me. Thanks!

Your paying way too much for no customer service. Oh and your paying way to much in general. Plus if you go there after your warranty runs out then they charge you almost the cost of a new vacuum to fix it to get you to buy a new one.
