I can rarely go past Lukalos without getting their lunch special. $ 4 for a small pizza, or $ 5 for a small sub and fries, or $ 5 for fish and chips. All come with a can of soda. Hard to go by on the bus without having lunch. Pizza crust is a tad different than usual. It uses shortening instead of oil. That makes it less greasy, but it does not hold heat as well.(Delivery may be not out of the oven hot, but I own a microwave.:)) Cash only. That is good as it keeps prices down. I’ve read the other reviews, including the snob from the Boston area(danielle l.). Lukalos Pizza is different. To decide there are no good Greek pizza place in the south coast based on one visit to Lukalos proves the writer is a moron. Yes, Lukalos is a Greek name. They are not represntative of every Greek pizza place in the southcoast. Heck, the crust is so different, I would not classify it with with every(trying not to name competitors on their page) Greek owned pizza place. Normally my highest is four because there is always room for improvement, but i want to balance out that idiot, danielle l. Boy it burns me that her opinion, despite obviuosly being decided before she visited, counts as much as mine.

My dad took me to Lukolo’s last year right before I was going to move to antother town, and after leaving there, i was more sad about leaving that behind. Lukolo’s has the cheapest pizza in town. It’s 4 bucks for a small 1 topping and a can of coke. The small is pretty good, so it would be good for just one person. The pizza has grease, but it’s the good kind that makes it taste so good. The crust is nice crunchy. And the sauce makes the pizza. The one bad thing about Lukolo’s is that it’s always dirty. For the best results, you may wanna get take out, and bring it home and watch some Suze Orman!(YAY!, SUZE!)
