These guys do such a great job! Friendly, professional, and super reliable! I’ve been getting my oil change from them for anout three years now, and my car is in great shape thanks to them. Especially Jeremy, i think he’s the manager at this location, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the great work, guys.

Brought my car in because the front brakes were making a squeaking noise.
After the initial visit, I had to bring the car back four times, and at the end of the 4th the kid told me he didn’t want to see me again.
I left with my car, and the brakes were making noise before I even left the parking lot. I contacted corporate and they didn’t get back to me. All in all a horrible situation, and I wish they would refund the money I spent.

these guys are way better than route 6. hands down. the owner/​head manager person is nice. umd/​bcc students get some sort of discount (even though they have coupons on their website). sometimes service takes a liiiittle too long (plus one time one of the mechanics told my boyfriend rejection stickers are only valid for one day… «new state policy»…uhhh yeahhh. scammer. $ 20 for windshield wipers later… good thing it wasn’t my car haha) but they are nice. and they let me and my broken left fog light pass the inspection test. ;)
