The Potting Bench

Very disappointed. My family has been using Potting Bench for years but I will be sure we don’t anymore! I don’t live in New Bedford but I want to send flowers to someone who does for their birthday. I went directly to the Potting Bench website, picked a beautiful bouquet of yellow roses, yellow lilies and daisies. Picked a delivery date of Sunday which was their actual birthday and paid. An hour later I get a call from Potting Bench. 1^st they can’t do a Sunday delivery. Then why do you allow customers to picks Sunday delivery when they check out on the website. Next she tells me the price on the website was different from the price in the FTD book they work from. It was going to be $ 10 more. While I realize it’s only $ 10 it’s the principle. I picked a bouquet that was a certain price and now you want to charge me more? They finally agree to honor the price. Well today they delivered the flowers and they are nothing like the picture. There are a few yellow baby roses, a few daisies, not a single lily but tons and tons of greens. I would have been better off getting grocery store flowers for a quarter of the price. They should be embarrassed!

Ordered a dish garden for a friend who had a death in the family. It was delivered to her home within an hour. The person that took my order was friendly.
