Cq Nails

I called ahead to ask if they had pedicure openings. Was told come right in. Confirmed I was the one who called and sat here in the soaking water for 25 minutes so far while she works on another client. Why did you say no waiting and have me soak just to sit here for so long? I would’ve come in 30 min later! Very disappointed.

It is my second time coming to this Nail Salon. The first time I did just regular nail polish, this time I did gel on my hands. The first time I liked the job a lot, I am Brazilian, so I like my cuticles removed entirely, and the nail polish must cover the entire nail the first and second time the coat is applied. Here was the only place I get my cuticles removed close to what I like, other places they just push them and take the cuticles superficially, which makes the nails no that attractive. Who never had a Brazilian doing your nails will never understand the difference. They also apply the coat very nicely covering the entire nail. Dila did my nails this time, a regular pedicure and a gel manicure… I had already removed all my cuticles before I came to the salon, however, she still took the time to make sure the cuticles looked perfect. I have to say, Dila is a perfectionist, my nails look amazing!!! I have a long nail bed, so imperfections show easily, but she is «Nailed it» literally!!! They look gorgeous! The best nail job I have gotten in the US by FAR!!!

They used a Dremmel Tool — an electric circular sander — to file down the tops of my toenails. Not only did my nail tech cut into my flesh at the corner of my cuticle which hurt for a day, the filing must be too harsh for nails as they’ve been growing out yellowed and chalky looking. Find somewhere else to get your pedicure.

After returning several times I have to say I am not as happy as I used to be getting my nails done here. Kevin & Donna the prior owners left and they are the only two that seemed to really listed to what I wanted in terms of color. I have a particular color that I like and the person I have do my nails just doesn’t want to do it that dark. I would think since I am the paying customer, I should get what I request, not what they think looks good. I also find it very unprofessional and quite rude that they talk about customers in their native language and they are pretty obvious about it. I don’t know if I will be going back since it’s not close to me and if I can’t get what I want, why bother.
