MJ’s & Company Salon and Spa

I went to the New Berlin location for a bikini wax. Everyone was super nice — BUT. The table was draped in dirty blankets, with hair on them. No pillow. The light above the table was one of those bright fluorescent ones like a medical exam room — not relaxing. The room was sparse, nothing to sit on to take off my shoes, no hook or anywhere to put my clothes. The wax job was poor — she didn’t ask me how much I wanted taken off and just did a little off the sides. It’s obvious where the regrowth is and if she were a good aesthetician she would have known to take more off. I didn’t speak up because I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I can’t believe they actually charge more for a wax than a nearby spa which is 300% nicer than this place.
