Small locally owned pizzeria. The owner is from Sicily. We had the eggplant rolletini and chicken florentine. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. Cute part of down. Decorated in true Italian fashion. Salads not so good, but who goes out to eat for a salad?! That’s right, boring people with bland personalities. New Berlin is literally in the middle of nowhere but this was a good find. Not to mention the owner will sit down and share a glass of wine with you at 2 in the afternoon. That’s my kind of person.

I go here with my friends and family all the time and it’s wonderful. The food is great, the service is quick, and I always have leftovers. The only downside may be that the space is small, but it works well for the small town.

I went here for the first time with my husband and in-laws for a pre-Christmas get together and gift exchange. The seating area was a bit narrow and the booths were claustrophically small, but other than that, we had a wonderful experience. The waitress was very good. Made sure we were comfortable and the good was what we wanted. She was very prompt in asking us if we were ready for boxes when she noticed we were finishing up our meals. I ordered the calamari as I usually do when at Italian restauranrs. It was a little smaller than I normally would have expected but it was cooked perfectly! Not rubbery at all! A little too much salt, but overall, I really enjoyed my meal.

NY Pizzeria is what the name of it is now… but to locals its always been Frankies! I’ve been eating here since the 80’s!!! Best Pizza in upstate NY! Consistent dough, sauce, and cooked to perfection. Frank and his beautiful wife have always gone above and beyond to help local communities out. Their compassion for the biz and community is heart warming. When you walk in here you feel like the family! Staff is friendly in both front and back of the house. Keep up the amazing work Frank!

Nice little local spot. It’s very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the owner is very attentive. Homemade dough on the calzone was awesome, and he makes his pesto in house(I’m guessing from the great little spice garden he has in front of the restaurant – basil, mint, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and sage). The tables out front are a nice touch, but the semis rolling through town can be a little noisy.

We had the best time here! The food was great and the service outstanding we wanted for nothing. I wish I was having Besty’s salad for lunch today. If you get a chance to go don’t hesitate. You will have a great meal and service as well.

Usually come here when I visit family in Norwich. They are regular customers and so am I. Perfect crust not too thick, not too thin… our usual is a meatball pizza, delicious. Their garlic knots are usually fantastic, but have been all over the board lately(and my family confirmed) sometimes actual tiny knots of garlicky delicious dough(great) sometimes hamburger bun size dinner rolls mopped in oil and half burnt…(what the hell?) somebody’s gotta do some quality control back in the kitchen. We had a combo of the two on Wed night… a basket of 6 actual garlic knots and about 6 half burnt dinner rolls mopped in garlic oil. Haven’t tried the pasta but my family says its all excellent, and from the looks of it I agree. Antipasto salad is delicious but let’s not rely on iceberg lettuce folks… lets get some actual greens in there. Restaurant is small in size, probably about a dozen booths. Get there early cause they overflow quickly if its a busy night. Highly recommend…

I worked on a commercial in New Berlin for about a week. NY Pizza catered and it was excellent. The penne, the pizza has sauce with a slight kick, the rosemary bread, the cannelonis. All great. And all the staff are so nice. Love this place.

Frank has the best pizza perhaps in all of NY. The dinners are great too. I’ve had the chicken piccata, eggplant parmagianno, chicken fettucini alfredo, etc. The flavor and texture of the pizza is impossible to recreate at home or in any other pizzeria. It is also very reasonably priced. Enjoy.
