Aqua Oasis Pool Service

This is the email I sent when I cancelled their service: I see in this week's report, and also preceding reports that the Chlorine in my pool has been low. From personal observation I have seen that the 'inspect cell' light has been blinking for at least a couple of weeks. I see inthe latest report that 1.79 lbs of granular chlorine was added to the pool! Is that a surprise to you? especially considering that the 'inspect cell light' has been flashing for several (many more possibly) weeks. Any report that the cell was inspected cannot be true; since when we checked it today, we found a great deal of deposit, certainly more that would be produced by many weeks of neglect. After cleaning, it appears to be working 'properly'. It takes a while to clean the cell using vinegar, but after the cleaning was completed the light is out and chlorine production is great. It appears that the only thing about your service that was useful (?) was our false sense of security (until our eyes and flashing light brought doubt to our minds) and the removing of leaves during the leaf dropping season. For the reasons above we are canceling our agreement to use your service for our pool maintenance.
