What is a Carl’s junior? This is called Hardee’s in every commercial I see! Is there a Carl burger on the menu, did Carl start the business from scratch and turn it into a chain? Did burgers used to be 50 cents back when Carl tried to open. I think Hardee stole his idea.
I still can’t understand why this same place has 2 different names all across the great 50 states of MERICA

Monday Lunch 6 people in lobby 1 car ahead of me 1 meal ordered and a cookie 17 minutes. After getting food reached in bag fries cold and stale. As the cook just stood there in front with her phone and blonde new guy was struggling with everything didn’t even ask me what kind if soda I wanted. So went back Wednesday and got 2 sausage biscuits at 10:15 am. Hard as a rock and the meat was dark sitting under a warmer way too long. The best part taking the breakfast sandwiches back in slamming them on the counter and letting them know we wouldn’t be back. The sad part is the manager of this establishment was the one doing the cooking yesterday and really didn’t acknowledge the situation. Good luck with poor customer service and bad food no wonder there is a huge turnover. New Braunfels Carl’s Jr. Does not taste like the chain around the US.

Just to start, my review is biast against Carl’s Jr. everywhere in general. I have only ever received my correct order one time in the past decade of trying at least three times a year to let them impress me. At this location, it took 32 minutes to receive our food. Which, if you have two «starving» little ones is hard to wait out, especially at a «fast food» establishment. After waiting forever for the food to come, not only was mine wrong, the kids were both wrong too. So they only got one order out of four right. That is NOT acceptable. And to clarify the details, the only thing I change from menu requests on my meal is that I get no mayo, and the kids wanted plain cheeseburgers. Seriously, not rocket science folks. To make it even worse, not a single table was clean, the chairs we sat on were sticky, and the trashes were all full. So adiós Carl’s Jr. until I cave and try you again.

20 minutes to get 2 egg and cheese biscuits. W. T. F. This totally defeats the purpose of stopping for drive through. The service was awful. No apology. No explanation of what’s going on. What gives Carl’s??? Isabel needs to learn how to deal with customers. Period. This is in the middle of nowhere off the highway. There was one car in the parking lot. Come on!!! Is this why we’re seeing fewer Carl’s around in general?
What a disaster. Never again.

Great food. Good coupons help us save. Great deals aside awesome food that actually has GOOD FLAVOR, a distinctive Carl’s Jr. Taste for sure. Now if only we could get some **ahhhemmmmm More professional attendants or «agents» as they call themselves I believe?!

First time at a Carl’s with Green Burrito. Ordered Jalepeno Turkey meal with fried zucchini. All fresh, hot and timely. Kids loved their meals also. Sooo many choices for burgers, sandwiches and sides. Taste was excellent for fast food. Will be my new place to go.

Love the turkey teriyaki burger it’s awesome and the service is always fast and friendly the only bad thing is the location I’m lucky though I can come in the back way. Over all though this place rocks you can get a pop tart ice cream sandwich come on what else is there

I love Carl’s Jr. I have been a supporter of this company since I was a kid. I used to live around the corner from the family in California. I think their burgers are fantastic and I have never had a problem here, ever. I even have to say their Green Burrito menu is just as good.

$ 6.00 burger original. Yeah. This location is kind of hit or miss depending on who is doing the cooking. They promise a juicy burger, but 50% of the time the burger is dry and over cooked. I wish this location had consistincy.
