Clements Appliance

Yesterday about noonish i put a load of sheets to wash like normal. Not 5 minutes later it was making some terrible noise! Turned it off looked inside and all around wondering what the heck?! The washer was full of water so i knew i needed an expert! And of course my boyfriend is not mechanically inclined (bless his heart);) So i went to «Yelp!» Looked up washing repair businesses and decided to call Clements Appliance. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and courteous. She informed me they were booked for the afternoon and asked me about times the following day that would work for me. Gave her my information and said she would give me a call that evening to let me know what time the tech would be able to make it the following day. She did call me and i was on the schedule for the next morning. John, the tech/​owner, was «on time», friendly, knowledgeable and fast!!! My washer is noise free and working great! Thank you Clements Appliance for great service!!!

We had some problems with our dishwasher and I called Clements based on their google reviews. Jon came out in May and determined what parts were bad and told us that they were still under warranty after 4 years. We just had to pay for the initial 60 service call since labor wasn’t included. We were pleasantly surprised as most repairmen could have sold us new parts instead of digging to find out if it was still under warranty. (We just recently bought this house, so we didn’t have any receipts or proof of when it was bought)
He ordered the parts and installed them only to find out the parts had been damaged in shipping. He reordered them an got us back in business.
He always showed up on time or even before schedule once because someone had cancelled.
It is a small family run business and they really care about their work. Jon is a very honest repairman and I would recommend Clements to anyone.

They managed to squeeze me in due to a cancellation and the repairman showed up 40 minutes after I called. He showed me the problems, fixed it, and even showed me that I had been putting in the water filter on the fridge incorrectly all this time. That alone was worth the service call… which was less expensive than the first two companies I called! Would definitely call them again!

My refrigerator stopped working this morning. I did a search through Google and Unilocal and came across Clements Appliance Inc. They were very professional on the phone and squeezed me in the same day. The technician came out and was actually a little early. He troubleshooted our fridge and was able to determine where the issue was within a matter of minutes. He took the time to show my wife exactly why the refrigerator stopped working and actually had the part in his truck. He had us up in going in less than an hour. They are also very reasonably priced! I have been looking for a good and reliable appliance repair place in New Braunfels and thankfully now I have found one. Could not recommend Clements Appliance Inc anymore!
