Dancing Pony

I was really excited to go to this place since I saw it was voted one of the best boutiques in Texas. I was very disappointed as soon as I walked in. No one greeted me or my boyfriends mother at all. I was looked up and down by staff but nothing was said to me. It had some cute clothes but appears to be an older woman’s boutique. I waited 5 – 7 minutes at the register for someone to acknowledged me and open a dressing room for me. I ended up not buying anything after the way I was treated. My boyfriends mother however did buy some Brighton jewelry and was still not thanked when purchasing or said much too. We left and it was awkward. I will not be going back which is sad because I love to support local boutiques and businesses.

We popped in and had a good look, the Dancing Pony has so much to offer the hot little ladies of New Braunfels! I came across custom made jewelry, shoes/​sandals, an entire Miss Me section, and a wonderful room dedicated to sale items. The service goes above and beyond, very nice people. We will return ;)

I really liked the pocketbooks and jewelry but the «ladies» working there were rude– they spoke with folks I guess they knew and helped the ones they thought had money or might buy something– I would have purchased the $ 100 purse but noone said Hello or let me know if I can help you– I felt they wanted me out of the store– I ordered the purse on line
