The customer service here sucks !!! They really need some classes! I could fill a page of what not to do that they do, from talking about personal stuff in front of customer to telling me on the phone 5 min away that they are closed.(ten min from closing time) the men are ok but still need to be schooled but the woman that work there are horrendous ! 2 stars because the food tastes good.

There aren’t many other places to get bagels around town, which brought us here early in the morning for bagels and coffee. If that’s what you want, you’ve come to the right place. We experienced a clean restaurant, clean restrooms and friendly staff who were professional, cheerful and had great attitudes, even this early in the morning. As for the food is your average chain bagel store. The bagels are good, the bagel morning sandwiches taste way better than Dunkin Donuts and the tea/coffee works, too. I consider these prices average, too. For those complaining about how much stuff costs here, have you been out to eat in the last decade? Food costs have skyrocketed. The only place you’ll find this stuff cheaper is a gas station or DD, which tastes far inferior.

I could eat a bagel here every day. Sadly my favorite is a plain bagel with a plain schmear but it is so good. My kids favor the ham and Swiss breakfast sandwich. You must try cinnamon raisin, Challah, sugar and pumpkin! Friendly service.

I don’t know what is up with the negative reviews. I loved it here. I always judge a place of business by the way I am greeted when I walk in. The assistant manager was very nice and also gave my daughter a free cookie. That’s a win for me. I will be here again.

I was so excited to see this location open. Now, since they do not have a drive thru, they are a full menu location. I have been three times this month(April 2014) and although the staff is friendly, they lack professionalism and the the ability to make the product in the correct fashion. I thought about complaining all three times, but they are just so nice that I didn’t. You can tell they are trying pretty hard, but this place needs a pro food and beverage manager to step in and provide more training.

I was very excited to see an Einstein Bagels open up here, but unfortunately, I’ve been seriously let down every time I’ve been there. This morning was the last chance that they will get from me. I blame their consistent failures on a lack of leadership, poor hiring and training. When you walk thru the door at a national chain, you have certain expectations of a level of service. The staff behind the counter is somewhat polite, but unfortunately, they are a lot more concerned with personal conversations than expediting customer’s orders efficiently & correctly. I have left there twice now(after a 20 plus minute wait for 2 bagels and a bottle of OJ), only to get to my destination and discover that they had either put the wrong items in my bag, or put the wrong«Shmear» on my bagels. The biggest offenders are the«Shift Leaders», which is why I mentioned the management. This morning,(Labor Day) they had 2 employees total, a line to the door, only to get up to the front of the line and end up with a very poor selection, because they«Hadn’t made any more of those». One customer was seated and waiting 15 minutes before being told that they were out of his order. I was told by the management that these issues were being corrected weeks ago, they even went so far as to have a regional manager bring a dozen bagels to my business, discuss the problem, and assure me that this wouldn’t happen anymore. I gave them their last chance, and they failed miserably.

Slow to clean tables and sugar and other food stuffs from the floor and a bagel dog(nothing spectacular is almost $ 5). Not for me but others seem to like this place a lot so perhaps it will work for you.

LOVE their bagels and would go way more if they had a drive thru.

I see all of the negative reviews on here, but I have had nothing but great experiences on my weekly trips to this location. One of the cashiers knows my name, pretty much knows what I will order before I get to the counter, and always thanks me for coming in. Unless things change, I will continue to go back at least once a week for a good and healthy lunch.

Oh this place is so bad. Einstein’s always sounds like a good idea, but once you get there you realize that you hate it and you’ve wasted your money. This location in particular might be the absolute worst. Every person that was in line, their order was wrong or messed up in one particular way. They are consistently out of bagels. We arrived there at 8 am. If you are out of bagels at 8 am on a Saturday, maybe you should consider making some more the next weekend. Their coffee is terrible. And rather than spread the cream cheese on the bagel like normal, it appeared that they spoon a huge chunk on one side and then just smashed the other side down on it. I will not be returning to this store when I can make a better bagel with cream cheese and coffee at my own home.

I love the bagels, but hate the mismanagement of this location. 15 minutes for plain bagels with butter?! This is the third time in three weekends I’ve had the same experience. It doesn’t matter if it’s slow or busy be prepared to wait-A LONGTIME. On today’s visit, the assistant manager was yelling at the poor guy who takes the cash-very professional.

Almost identical experience to the previous reviewer, TWICE! On Saturday 12÷29÷12 was told no Nova Lox due to a recall. Ok. Don’t want to eat bad lox for sure! Sunday, 1÷6÷13. Still no Lox, apparently the Lox supply chain moves pretty slowly. Onion bagels? Nope we’re out. Ahhh! but I see three Everything bagels in the counter. I’ll have two of those with Salmon Shmear. Not quite the same thing but hey, I’m flexible. Stood at register waiting five minutes to be told they were out of everything bagels. Apparently the guy in line behind me ordered them and for some reason he got the bagels and all I got was a shrug. Have frequented this franchise in other cities for years but this one is certainly not up to par. Irritable and unhelpful staff who cannot provide the product I just saw with my own eyes and ordered is not something I will pay for. By the way, the grocery store in town has«un-recalled» Lox so apparently this is not some worldwide Lox problem. I predict that this location won’t make it long if this is their idea of customer service. Whether they make it or not will most certainly happen with my business. Two bad visits in a row tell me everything I need to know.

If only I could rate this place 0 stars. I’m a fan of this franchise and have visited several other locations. I’ve been here twice, yesterday was my second attempt. Not only were they unable to provide a standard menu item, they gave my order to the guy in line behind me then told me they were sold out! No apology, no attempt to make it right. Absolutely the worst service I have experienced in a long while. Surly + incompetent servers = I won’t be back.
