One of the most aggressive (bully) utilities you’ll ever see.
Let one drop of water touch the street and you’ll get fined.
If your sprinkler system has an issue, you get a fine.
They drive around in little Smart cars at 5AM and the water Natzi’s go on a head power trip. These employees that couldn’t get a real career, have nothing better to do.
Do they come and knock on the door and try to help resolve the issue? NO
They send a fine in the mail. NO talk, just money. That’s all they want.
NBU is broken and has no business in New Braunfels.
It needs new management.
