I’m sitting in line as I write this review because this is, without fail, the slowest Panda Express that exists. It’s not unusual to wait in the drive through 15 minutes at least to get your order. It blows my mind since all they have to do is scoop your food. I’m so glad they built another one at creekside. The food is fine, they just seem to be poorly managed.

This is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. I always think maybe this time they won’t be busy but even when they aren’t they are SOSLOW. and they don’t communicate with you so you sit there wondering if they forgot that they have a drive through. I’m one person ordering for one person and I’m waiting at the window for 15 minutes while the people behind me are getting more and more impatient. Just bad service.

Is it Panda EXPRESS? ?? I saw some grass grow while waiting. If you have a drive through 3 cars should not constitute a 20 min wait

I use to love Panda because of the rice. Not anymore. They removed the egg and added corn. Not good Panda. Please put the egg back…

The past 2 times I came here the chow mein tasted weird. Wasnt cooked correctly. All the sodas in the soda fountain taste weird too. All the sides taste great though. The fried rice was a disappointment too. Isnt it supposed to have eggs in it? Customer servuce is great but the chow mein and rice suck :(too bad because i love panda!

My go to is orange chicken and honey shrimp walnut. It is probably healthier than many fast foods if you pick the right choices(obviously not the things I mentioned). I used to get bbq chicken but they didn’t have that today. I am not the biggest fan of this chain but it is better than a burger and the prices are reasonable. The location is always clean and the workers are very friendly.

4-15-2015 Food is still the same about 3 stars. I got the orange chicken and the new teriyaki chicken. the teriyaki chicken was cubed processed dark meat chicken meh. I opted to cut back on carbs and I got what I thought was going to be stir fried vegetables but I got steamed broccoli and cabbage which I didn’t like. The sauce on the teriyaki chicken was too thick and sweet. They now started offering soups again but they’re probably real salty. This place will do in a pinch because there are no Chinese restaurants in New Braunfels over two stars except the China king but its way out on highway 46. A two entrée plate cost 750 now, and for that price I should have went to the forum and got a lunch special at A Dong or Thai spice and sushi. Former review… Love the Panda Express, this is not real Chinese food, but when I crave something sweet, savory, and spicy, I will get the Beijing beef, or the Kung Pau shrimp, so good. I love the chow mein noodles instead of rice, and I will get an egg roll. They used to always have soups, but not not so often. The orange chicken seems to be everyone’s favorite.

Panda is one of those places that every once in a while you get a yen for. It’s what we’ve come to know as Chinese food, even though it’s no where close to authentic. PaNda tries to make some«heart healthy«choices. But that’s equivalent to say vegetarian pizza is a healthy choice. The rice is ok. I look the orange chicken, walnut shrimp(extra charge if u get the 2 entrée plate). The drive thru is busy and may seem slow, but if u go inside on a busy night service is slow as well

I like Panda Express, it’s not real Chinese food but there really isn’t any good Chinese food here in NB. It’s good for a chain. I try to always ask for the food made to order if they aren’t too busy. It is a little inconsistent from time to time. The staff is always nice!

Super fresh, super clean. In a place with few good chinese restaurants, this is a gem. I know it’s a chain, but more veggie and nonfried protein options would be welcome!

Was my spot, til I moved to San Antonio, but now ain’t even liking Panda Express since they got rid of the BBQ Pork from their entrees.

Love me some Panda! I have been to several different locations for several years and I never leave disappointed. It is the best Chinese fast food there is. This location is no different. I am always greeted when I go in and they always ask if I would like to sample anything while I am choosing my entrees. Whether it is black pepper chicken, Beijing beef or their world famous orange chicken it is always fresh and hot!
