We had a party here for my son. It went pretty well. I just wish that it didn’t take so long for everyone to fill out waivers. The girls working there didn’t give any instructions so we were all standing there waiting to get started even though the time I had paid for had started. We wasted over 20 mins before the kids were allowed to play which was a little frustrating considered I had paid for 2 hours and it wasn’t exactly cheap. I would recommend having everyone show up EARLY to enjoy your full party time.

This is the most fun place around!!! Really unique. Staff are helpful and really friendly!!! The cost is so reasonable for the experience and it is so good to have a business promoting a healthily lifestyle!

Upside: The kids had fun! TSR is a cool atmosphere. Downside: is a water fountain too much to ask for in an 80 degree warehouse that doesn’t allow outside food/​drink. Compared Jumpzone in Cedar Park, Spring Loaded needs a few minor improvements.

My 4 yo broke her arm while here and all the owner did was give me dirty looks as I was leaving with my screaming/​crying child… Owner NOT very friendly and needs to be more customer oriented business. NO public bathrooms in the building… you have to walk back to TSR and use theirs or wear an diaper. NO WAY HELL will we EVER go back here or recommend to anyone. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!

This place is awesome. It’s basically a warehouse full of trampolines (aka my dream come true). The only negative part is I’m old enough for my back to hurt two days after going there. Still worth it!
