We saw Kenny — the owner who runs the business. His has a super cool long white beard and a tall top hat. It feels like magical the minute you meet him, like he’s gonna fly up your chimney with a chimney sweep like they doing in Mary Poppins. He was really nice, and explained everything about what was happening with my fire place and its health. Really — way better than the last experience we had with a company that was local. He and his wife have been doing this for 30yrs. Win.
