The UPS Store

I have been to this location multiple times and have never had a pleasant experience. Today was the last time I will use them! I mailed a package in one of their bright birthday mailers they sale (so it would stand out) an hour later I realized I had sent the wrong item so I call and Cindy (the rude older woman) answered. I asked if there was any way that she could hold that or open it for me so I could bring her the right item and she huffed and said I have too many packages here to find yours, what did you mail it in? I told her I bought one of the packs they sold in the store and I sent it USPS and she quickly said they had already picked up. So I asked what time and she says I’m not sure what time they picked up today. WHAT??? I was in there an hour ago now all of the sudden the mail has picked up but you don’t know what time it was? What a joke I cannot believe this is the representation they are giving their customers because it is piss poor. I sure hope this woman isn’t the owner what an embarrassment to other business owners who actually care about customer service. Hell even a half a**ed attempt at being nice would have gone a long way. Stay away from this place, use the one downtown it will be worth the drive!

Awful rude employees who, and I don’t usually like to say someone is «something» without a consistent example of proof, so I refrained from posting the first time I had a prejudice experience. The last three times I’ve gone in there JUST OUT OF CONVENIENCE TO DROP OFF A PREPAID LABELED return, bc I’d never give them a penny of my own money, they have treated other ‘Caucasians’ better than me a Hispanic, non threatening looking or rude young woman. The older lady with the outdated hair do is so cold that she couldn’t even smile or say hi back to, NOPE not exchange or reciprocate any kind of friendliness or conversation from even my little child. The other girl with glasses half a@@ed smiled but you could tell they were not wanting to extending friendly cordial professionalism. Do not waste your money going here!

I go here all the time. The lady mentioned is the owner. She doesn’t feel like being nice, but will help you out. It is hard to be nice 24 – 7 I guess.

This review is for the ups store near the new Heb. I used to come here all the time. Some of the workers were nice, but I always got bad vibes from one of the older women employees. She wasn’t very nice and didn’t really have the best customer service skills. There were a few times when she was kind of rude to me. Oh well, I go to Fed Ex now because thankfully it is closer to my apartment.
