Casey did a fabulous job matching the color I wanted that is so hard to get! No brassy or orangey roots, just a nice medium ash brown. I will definitely return for all of my hair needs. The service experience was great from the time I walked in until I left. And the hand and scalp massage was a nice bonus.

An employee from William Edge corporate contacted me. He expressed his concern and was apologetic and professional. I appreciate someone from William Edge taking their time to call me and find out why I was dissappointed with their service. This shows they care about the publics opinion.
The service I received from my stylist this day might have been poor in my opinion. However, the fact that this place has someone from corporate actually reading feedback means a whole lot.

Worst experience ever. It will take me a couple of years to get rid of all the breakage in my hair from a simple shampoo and style that took over an HOUR to do. The end result was broken, fried hair that felt so greasy from all of the product she put in my hair after styling it.

I have NEVER EVER written a review but I feel like I HAVE to now! I moved here from Houston area and have been driving back and forth to get my hair cut and highlighted. I heard about Lauren (long dark hair one) and decided to give her a try. First appt she did my color and it was perfect and her technique lets it grow out without those hideous root lines. I decided to get a different hairstyle and she cut it today and I love it. I have never loved my hair until now and I LOVE IT!!! She took time and taught me how to style it. Very very talented So happy I found her!!! PS. Prices are amazing! I don’t hesitate recommending her to anyone! AWESOME!

BUT do you know what it is like to get really bad service??? Because that is why you have not seen me! Worst hair cut ever. then worst attempt to fix bad haircut and above all RUDEST SERVICE and most incompetent customer service ever.

I just moved to the area and needed some hair therapy QUICK!
Made an appt with Alex and was just completely blown away with her skills. She listened to what I wanted, offered up some ideas and got to work. She was able to calm my hair down within a couple of visits and now I only go to her.
Highly recommend her and ProdEdgy. Very laid back and clean place, everyone seems very nice and I always enjoy my visits.

I got my hair cut by Mariana ! She’s very talented and did exactly what I wanted! I used to do hair fr years but moved on to other things and I know about talent when I see it! It’s also so great to get a relaxing massage before shampoo and this is also a no tip salon so the price is extremely reasonable for such talent! It was a professional atmosphere As well from everyone there! Highly recommend this place and Mariana! But don’t clog up her schedule too much cause I want back in!!! Going back for a highlight in March!!!

After living in NB for 1.5 yrs and being too afraid to just try anywhere I came here bc a few ppl I know go here. I let them put me with whoever which ended up being Alex. And she was amazing. So caring and detailed. I already rebooked for next month. And Aveda products are the best!

I had my first ever appointment at Prodedgy today. Several of my friends have been coming here and I finally came to see what the hype was all about.
My stylist was Sarah and she was very sweet and friendly and I love my haircut. The products all smelled amazing and made my hair feel great. I’m very happy with my visit to this salon. Even the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I had cancelled my appointment, but ended up rescheduling and they fit me in. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My friends have also seen Melissa, Miranda and Karen and been happy with all of them. It seems you can’t go wrong with any of the stylists at Prodedgy.

Kirsten (Kirstin?) is incredible with color! I’m always so nervous and incredibly picky with my stylists but trusted a friend who’s always had a great cut, with bold but well done color. I wasn’t disappointed. She’s now my go to girl, and knows exactly what she’s doing. I love the training program they have going on here, but really think this girl could walk into any other salon and immediately get going.

I made an appointment for a cut and full highlight and was attended to promptly. Kirsten spent the time to talk to me about what I wanted and she got it PERFECTLY. This is my first highlight in years and I was nervous to try someone new, but she did an awesome job, was flexible and understanding, and took the time to style it just like I wanted. The price was lower than I expected and I LOVE IT! I will definitely return.

So-​So. I got my hair done last month by a young lady that had been there ten months and she left my hair feeling like I had done it myself. She skimped on product for smoothing and didn’t quite know how to keep a dryer cord from slapping me in the face. In the end, with my blow dry service and one bottle of product, the total came out to $ 55. I got to my car and immediately kicked myself. I will be sticking to the more advanced stylists at William Edge off of San Antonio st.

Ignore that this salon is called a «training salon.» I had my hair cut by Melissa and she did a great job! This place is every bit as professional as William Edge but cheaper.
